Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

As each artwork is made to order, customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund after reviewing the claim.

Please contact us before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
